Country house with a nice private lot, located in a big village near a river, 55 km northwest of Vratsa, Bulgaria.

The house has two floors connected via internal stairs. Downstairs is a short corridor, a kitchen and a living room. The second floor has a corridor and two bedrooms. The house also comes with a small annex attached to the side of it, which includes a bathroom with shower and toilet and a small kitchen. The property is in good condition and includes most of the furniture which can be seen on the photos. The roof had been revised last year and there are some new doors and windows too. The rooms inside the house received some refurbishment such as new flooring, plastering, wiring, paint, etc.

The front of the property is separated from the street by a solid fence with massive old-fashioned wooden gate. Inside the yard there is plenty of open space, a cozy BBQ area next to the annex, parking space and various fruit trees. There is also enough room for vegetable garden.

The house is located on a quiet street within the village and is less than 6-7 minutes away by foot from a small shop, a coffee bar, a bus stop and the local post office. The village is one of the biggest in the area and offers lots of clean, fresh air, peace and quiet. There is a big river passing about a kilometer away from the house so those who like fishing and camping will be delighted to go around the river banks and enjoy the beautiful nature. The settlement has regular bus transport connecting it to the regional capital city of Vratsa, the national capital Sofia and many other towns and villages in the area.
