Old country house with two plots of land and outbuildings situated within the limits of a quiet village 65 km away from Vratsa, Bulgaria.

The property consists of two pieces of land divided by a public road. The bigger plot has an area of more than 6000 sq.m. of regulated land and holds an old house and several farm buildings. The smaller plot has an area of almost 3800 sq.m. and is located across the street from the big plot. It holds several old farm buildings and has nice views towards the surrounding area.
