Charming small 2-story villa in a picturesque region just about 25-minute drive to Sofia city
The property is situated in a nice and cozy village about 22 km north of Sofia and 16 km to the nearest town of Svoge. The Iskar River flows through the village and provides excellent fishing and recreation opportunities.
The villa is brick, has two floors and offers a total living space of 36 square meters. Downstairs is a kitchen and a room and the upper floor comprises one room. The building is in very good condition and the roof is sound. Electricity is connected. Water main is not available, but there is a water-well with usable water in the property.
