2-Storey Rural House with Private Yard in a Scenic Village, 60 km to Vratsa

Old rural property with a house, barn and private land situated in a big village near a river 65 km north of Vratsa, Bulgaria.

The real estate is located on a quiet side street within the limits of the village and in proximity to a public park. The house has two floors connected via internal staircase.

• floor 1: a porch, a corridor, a kitchen, living room and 1 bedroom which is currently used as a storage area.
• floor 2:  3 bedrooms and a terrace.

The house also has a small annex attached to it and it holds a bathroom with shower and toilet, a corridor and one additional premise. The house also has a basement which is under the annex and can be accessed from the side of the building.

The main street of the village is about 100 meters from here while the center, main square shop, the post office and mayor`s office are within 10 minutes walking. Near the village center there is a pharmacy, a school, kindergarten, several shops, a coffee bar, restaurant, a bus stop, bookstore, library, ATM, etc. A big river passes one mile from the village thus providing great conditions for fishing and recreation.
