Location in the village:

The region, where the village is located is well known by hunters and fishermen. There are woodlands all around it. There are also several beautiful lakes nearby, where you can catch plenty of fish.

This area is not only beautiful but also ecologically clean. Water here is drinkable and the air is fresh as there is no pollution.

This property is located in the centre of the village. The road to the property is asphalt with the last 20 m being a dirt track.

There are also several foreign people (British and Russian) living in this village who all enjoy beautiful and stress free life in Bulgaria.

This house is all made of the best stone around. This kind of properties is very sought after and they fetch a lot of money when they are renovated.

Layout:

This stone house sits on 1010 sq. m. of land. It has two rooms downstairs and two rooms upstairs. This property is unusual in a way, because it has an internal staircase. The house itself is connected with some more outbuildings, which can all be incorporated into one big property. Additionally there is another barn, which can be turned into a separate accommodation. The layout totally depends on the new owner, but you can have there at least three bedrooms, kitchen, hall, bathroom etc. It sits on the corner plot and has two entrances. There is a small gate from one side and big gate, which can be used for driving your vehicles in. Outside rendering is falling off already and it is easy to clean it and re-point the whole house as then it will look as a stone house, which is very sought after. It has water and electricity, which are connected. Internet can be connected at request.

Garden:

There are plenty of grapes growing outside of the house. There are many fruit trees in the garden such as plums and walnuts. The plot of land is very manageable. The house sits on two terraces and its potential is huge.



Facilities:

Every few hours there is a bus service from the village to Chirpan, where you can get connected to Sofia or seaside, Turkey or Greece.

There is also a bar and a shop, where you can buy your bread and milk. It is 2 min walk from the house. Like every village there is also local municipality and post office service.
