The property is located in a cozy village in northeastern Bulgaria and is 29 km to Dobrich city, 58 km to the coastal city of Balchik and about 80 km to Varna International Airport.
The house old, brick and single-story. It offers a total living space of 100 sq.m. and consists of 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and a cellar. Electricity and water supply are connected and available. The house hasn’t been lived in or maintained in a long time, so it needs major repairs. The yard has the impressive size of 2200 sq.m. and here are various fruit trees and a few farm/storage buildings.
The village is small, but well-organized and here you will find a town hall, post office, a shop and regular bus transport to the bigger settlements in the region. Just about 40-50 minutes to the Black Sea beaches.
